As a Bay Area native, Behan has a deep appreciation for the culture that embodies its communities.  A student at UCSD and CSU East Bay, Behan has degrees in both Psychology & Statistics providing him a unique understanding for both the emotional and quantitative complexities that come with negotiating your next real estate purchase or sale.

Behan started his career in Real Estate in 2013, leveraging his experiences and education to create a unique and successful process in the real estate industry to support the success of his clients’ real estate goals.  Time and again these processes have opened the door, helping buyers find the best home at the greatest values and aiding sellers maximize their financial investments. 

Behan understands the importance of technology and the role it plays in today’s ever-changing Real Estate market.  As such he has created a first-in-class platform that allows buyers to have a thorough and unique system they can use while searching for homes.  This platform also allows him to effectively target the right buyers through comprehensive Social Media campaigns, online and print advertising, and telemarketing which are not typically utilized in the real estate market.

When he’s not striving for his client’s success, Behan spends his time hiking on local trails, skydiving in Byron, cooking with his girlfriend, binging on Netflix, or backpacking overseas.  A deep appreciation for culture, adventure, and nature drives him to get out the door to go exploring.
